Weddings at Amara Resort

Amara Resort and Spa is part of the chic Kimpton Hotel group and is nestled in along Oak Creek. It features beautiful views of Snoopy Rock as the backdrop to their ceremony site. They offer cocktail receptions for up to 125 guests and dinner for up to 85 guests catered by the wildly popular SaltRock Southwest Kitchen.

The Meditation Room is a long room that overlooks the red rocks Oak Creek Courtyard and is perfect for smaller wedding receptions. For larger guest counts the Sedona Room on the ground floor is available.

For adventurous couples that are planning an intimate wedding, the creek side at Amara is perfect for an elopement or wedding with a very small guest count. The red rocks are a bit difficult to navigate with high heals 😉 , but worth it because after a few red rock steps you’ll find yourself surrounded by majestic Sycamore trees, beautiful red rock, and the gentle waters of Oak Creek reflecting blue skies Arizona is famous for. In the spring and summer lush green leaves provide a canopy softening the light for wedding ceremonies. In the fall the autumn leaves are magical and make the perfect backdrop for a Sedona wedding.
