Marcella and Sean - L'Auberge de Sedona, Sedona, Arizona

This was such an amazing day. Of course with a backdrop like Sedona there are a lot of amazing days but Marcella and Sean's wedding day was one of the most beautiful we've seen. As photographers we're always looking for beautiful light and they had the best light on their wedding. It threatened to rain all day and the sun peaked in and out through the clouds. It was still cloudy when the ceremony started and then just as they were saying their vows a ray of sun lit Marcella's face. Everyone was taken back by what perfect timing it was. It just got even better when we went to the red rocks to shoot. Marecella and Sean were so handsome in the perfect light with the glowing red rocks and dark clouds behind them. We were so blessed to have such an amazing wedding day!

Sherri and Anthony - Tlaquepaque Chapel, Sedona, Arizona

What a sweet and fun couple! We had an amazing time with them shooting their engagement session... in the snow!!! ... in January and here we are in October with what looked like what was going to be bad weather again but turned out to be an amazing day despite a little rain.

The flowers were from Amy at Bliss Extraordinary, the cake with sugar calla lillies matching the calla lillie bouquet is from Sedona Cake Couture, the ceremony was in the chapel at Tlaquepaque and the reception was held at HeartLine Cafe.

Liz and Nic - L'Auberge de Sedona, Sedona, Arizona

It was an absolutely beautiful October day and Liz and Nic had family and friends from come from accross the country attend their wedding. It was an intimate gathering of close family and friends who we really enjoyed. Their ceremony was on the very popular Hillside ceremony location at L'Auberge. However their reception was Creekside. Most of the weddings we shoot at L'Auberge have their recpetions in the ball room and it was such a refreshing change. With the beautiful weather we get here in October it was perfect timing for a romantic outdoor reception.

Just in case you're curious here are links to the vedors... the fabulous cake was created by Sedona Cake Couture... Andrea is amazing! The flowers were provided by Mountain High Floral. And of course the venue is L'Auberge de Sedona... Jonathan Gelman is the executive chef there and is an amazing artist with his food. If you're ever in Sedona you have to check out the restaurant at L'Auberge.
