It looks like we placed two images in another contest. This contest was put on by Brides.com in combination with the Wedding Photojournalist Association, aka, the WPJA.

Here's what the premise of the contest was per the Brides.com website:
" Inspired by the pictures our editors have been seeing—images that remind us how poignant and precious (and funny!) every wedding is—Brides asked members of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) to enter their work in our first-ever photo contest.
Pictures were divided up into 10 categories, and after poring over hundreds of submissions, we chose the work in each category that best captured the magic and memories of this day of days.
From hipster groomsmen to precious little attendants, these photographers were able to capture the unique feeling of these couple's wedding days with an especially artistic eye."

The WPJA also has it featured on their site. Click here to see the contest gateway page on the WPJA.

Here's what the WPJA judges had to say about our winning images:

" JUDGES COMMENTS: Images should make us feel something. A wedding presents an entire day of emotions. But a sensitive photographer sees the world in a unique way – shooting images we can feel and taste. Look at this image long enough and you can feel her hand (or his) curled through your own fingers. That is the “magic” of great photography.
The photographer has chosen to concentrate on the details. They have played off of the bouquet to accentuate the flowers in the bride's dress yet still captured a sweet moment between the bride and groom."

" JUDGES COMMENTS: There is no doubt this scene has been repeated thousands of times, yet, this is the first I've ever seen it. These are the images we know exist, the moments that pass by in a glance, but until a sensitive photographer sees and records it, it is almost as though they have never happened."
A big congratulations to the WPJA and Brides.com for their collaboration, which calls attention to outstanding wedding photography worldwide!

Found your blog through Lauren Clark's. Beautiful work. I live in Utah, so for a minute I thought you guys were located here. Then I realized it was Arizona. Don't you just love the red rocks!!!
Your work is amazing! My aunt used to be a wedding photographer in Sedona-did you know a Nora Stewart?
Hey Angela... that's so funny... we just got back from a family vacation to Cancun and we were walking around and saw Lauren Clark and her husband there shooting. Thanks for the comments about our work... we do love being based in a destination location with the red rocks... we're blessed to always be shooting in an amazing environment!
And Tommie... thanks so much or your comments too! We never did meet Nora Stewart... she moved to California shortly before we started documenting weddings in Sedona. I heard she is a great photographer!
Thanks to you both for stopping by our blog and leaving comments!
