Ashley and Eric were married on May 5th, 2008, on the Hillside at L'Auberge de Sedona.
Ashley and Eric exchanged their vows with the most beautiful red rock background! The Schnebly Hill road area, with the fabulous Snoopy Rock, is a must see.
We had so much fun shooting this wedding, because not only were Ashley and Eric madly in love with each other, but they are also madly in love with photography, which is such an ideal combination.
There was also a fantastic pinata bashing, which we had never seen at a wedding, but that made for some awesome pictures. That, coupled with the fact that there were a bunch of gorgeous kids attending and participating in the wedding, made the day a real blast!
Ashley and Eric, thank you so much for commissioning us to document your wedding day. We had a lot of fun, and we know you did too :)
Just in case anyone is wondering, the colorful floral decor is from Bliss Extraordinary, and the beautiful patio in the last image below is at the Heartline Cafe where the reception dinner was held.
If you have time to see more images, here is a link to their slideshow. Grab your tissue box though, the special vows Eric shared with Ashley's son will make you cry. We both got teary-eyed when editing through the images. :) Enjoy!

The gorgeous bride...

This is the very popular view from hill side at L'Auberge ... there was a wonderful breeze that day and the light was gorgeous...

Liam's special part of the ceremony ... his own vows and special ring!

Ashley's dress was a *perfect* fit for her... the buttons are gorgeous...

The sand ceremony... Liam and his cousins and new cousins got to participate too.

We LOVE this shot! Liam peeking over as Ashely and Eric steal a kiss.

Pinata time!!

Andrew really nailed this shot... we love the expression on Ashley's face and all that candy flying!

The colorful details...

The kids at this wedding were too cute!

Blessings!

So beautiful! That first image is just amazing. Love the getting ready
part. They look so happy and the wedding looks like it was a lot of
fun. First time I saw a pinata at a wedding. How awesome! Keep it up
you too.

we've seen a pinata at two weddings now... it's a great idea for weddings with kids... the big kids (adults) tend to like it too. :) thanks for your comments Juliet! we wish you lived closer! - katrina
