Emily and Dennis had a picture perfect LAuberge Sedona wedding!

Emily and Dennis had a picture perfect LAuberge Sedona wedding on Oak Creek, featuring their closest friends, which of course would include their furbabies! We really love how Emily and Dennis included their dogs as guests in the wedding. They were so cute and behaved very well! They even took part in the portrait session by Oak Creek.

Emily and Dennis wanted their wedding to be very small, very intimate, and so chose a beautiful red rock outcropping on the LAuberge Sedona property that is literally in Oak Creek itself! The name of the ceremony site is Serenity Point. It is called that for a very good reason. imagine being surrounded by the sounds of the creek; water rushing by over rocks, the breeze pushing it’s way through the leaves in the trees, and nothing else! It’s really an experience everyone coming to Sedona should try.

After their sweet ceremony we moved down the creek a little bit for a romantic portraits session, including the furry friends. Oak Creek is very diverse. In some areas it’s loud, rushing, and shallow, while other areas of it are still, quiet, and calm.

We love that Emily and Dennis brought their fur babies to their LAuberge Sedona wedding because it helped to bring out the personality and relationship they have with their dogs. We believe weddings are so much about the relationship couples have with their families, friends, and loved ones, like their pets!
