For couples that want to have something short and sweet this is our most popular elopement package begins at $1500. 

Customized elopement photography package includes:

• planning with guiding you to the best easy to get to location within 5 – 15 minutes walk with a great red rock views
• perfect for weddings / elopements with 0- 15 guests
• timeline creation for the best time for photos based on the location and time of year
• ceremony coverage, family/friends photos (if you have guests) and plenty of time to explore and get all the best photos and scenic backdrops (up to 2 hours of coverage)
• editing of images in a timeless look
• all high resolution digital files from the edited images as a download 
• images posted online to our lab partner website for easy viewing and sharing with friends and family 
• highlight images to social media (upon request)

If you are planning a true elopement with just the two of you, a short ceremony and short portrait session we have this same planning package with abridged photography time for $1100.

• online slideshows set to music with the photographers favorite 25-50 (varies according amount of photography coverage) highlight images … great for sharing your wedding day with friends and family at home reception or via email or social media … $500

• base single photographer coverage of your ceremony and portraits at an easy to access location, edited images delivered in an online gallery (up to 2 hours of coverage)
• additional time may be added to cover a longer portrait session or multiple locations or additional events like prep for $600/hour
• download of all edited high resolution images for your own personal use
• wedding officiant and guidance on picking up your marriage license
• bridal bouquet and one matching boutonnière in the color of your choice
• recommendations for hair and makeup artists, fantastic restaurants, lodging options, musicians etc.

Our Sedona Adventure Elopements are for couples that want to get off the beaten path and hike or travel by jeep to locations that are more difficult to get to. Our Adventure Elopements start at $1950 and includes the following:

• planning with guiding you to the best Adventure Elopement locations that fit your style … ie Adventure locations with no hike but a Jeep ride or Adventure locations that have a hike
• perfect for elopements with jus the two of you or locations that can accommodate a small number of guests
• up to 4 hours of coverage with 0-15 guests
• timeline creation for the best time for photos based on the location and time of year
• ceremony coverage, family/friend photos (if you have guests) and plenty of time to explore and get all the best photos and scenic backdrops
• additional hours can be added at $600/hour
• editing of images in a timeless look
• all high resolution digital files from the edited images as a download 
• images posted online to our lab partner website for easy viewing and sharing with friends and family 
• highlight images to social media (upon request)
• post wedding consultation reviewing album options etc. (upon request)

Micro Wedding / Extended Adventure Elopements

For those looking for even more adventure and maximizing the full day we offer full day elopement coverage which includes all of the above with more storytelling for our Micro Wedding / Extended Adventure Elopements start at $3950 and includes the addition of the following:

• everything included in the simple adventure elopement plus
• planning assistance and timeline
• pre ceremony coverage with getting ready and a first look
• 0-30 guests … it can be just the two of you or you can have up to 30 or more guests depending on the ceremony location
• multiple locations … for example a ceremony at an easy to access location and Adventure session with just the couple out on the red rocks, possibly followed by toasts with family at a dinner reception
• customized use of up to 7 hours of coverage to tell the full story of your adventure from prep to first look to ceremony and dusk portraits under starry skies … there are endless days to customize your day and we’ll help you plan the perfect day
• additional hours can be added at $500/hour

The Full Day Adventure Elopements are great for couples wanting to go to several red rock locations. Or couples that want to have a micro wedding with a ceremony with their family at an easy to access location and just the two of them to a We also have custom Adventure Elopement Packages that have floral and officiant included, if you’d like to press the easy button. 

We have several locations but by far our two most popular locations are Cathedral Rock and Merry Go Round.

Cathedral Rock Adventure Session is wildly popular for good reason. The views all the way along the trail are gorgeous. The top of Cathedral with the 360 degree views makes it an epic location for photos and worth the steep hike to get there. The trail can be tricky to follow so it’s really important to work with a local photographer who can guide you up. We know all the pretty spots along the way for gorgeous photos. We also always begin to photograph at the base of the trail because the views all along the trail are too good to not have photos at.

We recommend two options for your ceremony. A ceremony at the base and then a hike up for photos of the newly weds. This option is great for couples that have a handful of guests who don’t want to hike the full hike. For couples wanting a little more privacy on a busy day this is also a good option. The top of Cathedral often has a lot of people waiting to have photos taken out on the ledge. 

Cathedral Rock Adventure Elopement

For those that want to go to the top and have their ceremony on the saddle, it’s definitely worth the hike to some amazing views. Make sure to hire an officiant that is willing to make the hike.  The photo below shows a bit of what the hike looks like. We currently can create upgraded packages that include the officiant and floral.

Merry Go Round Adventure Elopement

The Merry Go Round Adventure Elopement is perfect if you are looking for a remote location with minimal hiking. Most of the travel is done via Jeep which makes this Sedona elopement location much easier to get to than some of the more strenuous hikes.

The road is very bumpy and requires you to either take a jeep tour via Pink Jeeps or rent your own Jeep. If you choose to rent your own jeep, we’ll meet you at the base of the road and ride along with you so you know exactly where to go. Usually this location is very quiet and is much more private of a wedding location compared to a location like Cathedral Rock. 

If you would like to press the easy button and have us supply the planning, transportation, wedding officiant, and floral (bouquet & boutonniere), the package is $3375.

Adventure elopement on Merry Go Round

Merry Go Round is increasingly becoming crowded so we also offer a secondary location available via Jeep and short hike for extra photos or the prefect quiet location with no one around for a very private and beautiful ceremony location.

Other elopement locations for adventurous couples wanting to go off the beaten path.

And one other hike location that is not as intense of a hike… it’s a slow zig zag up with great views. 

This last location is one that is available via hiking or a Jeep ride. It’s a really beautiful spot.

Bell Rock

Bell Rock is a great location that’s easy to walk to and has amazing views. Because it’s easy to access, it’s become very difficult to find parking. We recommend having a shuttle service drop you off. The great thing about Bell Rock is once you are out on the red rocks, there are plenty of locations with great views without people in the way. 

As a local, we can advise you on how to handle tourism traffic and parking and also guide you to the many ceremony locations available. For couples wanting a more private elopement, we are able to take you to spots off the main path. This is an easy access location that does not require much hiking and is included in our Sedona elopement packages as an option for the short and sweet ceremony.

Enchantment Resort 

View our gallery of Enchantment Resort wedding photos for ideas! They have several ceremony options to choose from as well as scenic locations close to the resort. The onsite locations require that you get in touch with the Sales and Catering Manager at Enchantment and reserve the Wedding Knoll or the Enchantment Circle.

Below is a pretty winter micro wedding at the Village Terrace. This space is where many larger weddings have cocktail hour or their outdoor dinner reception.

Below is a photo from a micro wedding at Enchantment Circle. Surrounded by red rocks, it’s the perfect location for both small and large wedding ceremonies.

There are locations that are an easy walk from the Enchantment Resort property on the surrounding trails. These locations do not require a resort fee for usage but do require a bit of a hike.

And a favorite location of ours that requires a short hike for our more adventurous couples.

Red Rock Crossing 

Red Rock Crossing is a beautiful mix of lush green trees and the beauty of Oak Creek and it’s also very convenient because of parking that is readily available. You can reserve 2 hour time slots for your elopement and also reserve parking at the ramada. This is super helpful for couples planning a micro-wedding with guests. Unlike other public red rock trails, the park has paved trails for anyone needing a location that is easy to access and walk around.

L’Auberge de Sedona

L’Auberge has several ceremony sites on their property and Serenity Point is the most popular for elopements. It’s located on the most souther point of the property and is usually very quiet and intimate, perfect for a romantic elopement on the red rocks with the sounds of Oak Creek. L’Auberge offers elopement packages as well as package for intimate weddings. At this time any guests staying at L’Auberge are free to use the property for photographs which makes it a popular location for couples to get ready at and use for pictures before going out to their elopement either on site of off site

Another location at L’Auberge is the Spirit Song Terrace. The ceremony site has great views of the red rocks and is nestled on the hillside of L’Auberge overlooking the resort. 

West Fork

West Fork is an amazing location. It’s particularly nice in the summer months. It can be 10 degrees cooler at West Fork than the rest of Sedona and there is ample shade. The parking can be difficult to find so we recommend a transportation company drop you off and pick you up.
