Amara Resort Weddings
The Amara Resort wedding location should be on your list to visit if you are planning smaller wedding in Sedona. Amara Resort and Spa is nestled in along Oak Creek features beautiful views of Snoopy Rock as the backdrop to their ceremony site.
They offer cocktail receptions for up to 125 guests and dinner for up to 70 guests catered by the wildly popular SaltRock Southwest Kitchen.
A variety of rooms are available for private dining including our favorite, the Meditation Room, which is a long room that overlooks the red rocks and Oak Creek Courtyard and seats 50. On the ground floor, the Vortex Room is a smaller room ideal for up to 32 guests. And for larger guest counts the Sedona Room is also available and can accommodate up to 70 guests.

For adventurous couples that are planning an intimate wedding, the creekside at Amara is perfect for elopements too! After a few red rock steps you’ll find yourself surrounded by majestic Sycamore trees, beautiful red rock, and the gentle waters of Oak Creek reflecting blue skies Arizona is famous for. In the spring and summer lush green leaves provide a canopy softening the light for both wedding ceremonies and beautiful backdrop for photos. Perfect for a small handful of guests!

In the fall the autumn leaves are magical and make the perfect backdrop for a Sedona wedding.
